Exchanges
Our exchange policy lasts 24 Hours after receiving your items for China clients.
Our exchange policy lasts 48 Hours after receiving your items for international clients.
If this time frame have passed since your delivery, we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
