Shipping policy
Ready made pieces will be shipped out in 2-5days depending on demand.
Production Time for custom pieces is 14-21days & they will be shipped out immediately after they are ready.
China packages are shipped using SF Express only & the customer has to pay the feel upon placing an order.
International packages are shipped out using different shipping companies, based on location. We do our best to provide you with the best shipping fees & reliable shipping.
Some countries may require duty fees to be paid for a package. The customer is responsible for that. We can not be sure or not if your package will incur duty fees, this is decided By the customs officers in your home country. We are certain that the following country requires duty fees:

After package has been shipped . A tracking waybill number will be sent to the customer. We will assist in tracking it & Accessible Neats By Shammy is not responsible for packages lost once they enter your home country. Please understand this.
